This Liability Disclaimer is made between Quayside Kitchen Corp of 304-1230 Quayside Drive, New Westminster, BC V4M 6H1 and you (our client).

At Quayside Kitchen Corp, our goal is to provide a warm, fresh and healthy, home-cooked meal, for your enjoyment, in the comfort of your own home.

Your health & safety are our primary concern and want you to enjoy our meals as much as possible.

By entering into this agreement, you agree that Quayside Kitchen Corp is not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or adverse effects that may arise.

Should a meal in your subscription be one that could cause health concerns, Quayside Kitchen Corp. will make every effort to accommodate your needs by offering a different meal on a future night.

Subscriptions are made on a monthly basis. Cancellations of subscriptions are only made after the complete month. To cancel a subscription, Quayside Kitchen Corp requires 14-day notice by email.

By signing below, the client (you) confirms that you understand and agree to the terms of this Liability Disclaimer and that you waive any and all legal rights against Quayside Kitchen Corp.
